Review: The price increased from £55 to £80 between my first and last order. When I contacted customer service expecting a full refund to cover the price difference, they flatly refused. Apparently a standard return was not enough to account for the fact that I was being asked to repurchase at a higher price due to their repeated fulfilment error. Completely unacceptable. Zero stars for fulfilment accuracy, zero stars for customer service. Would not recommend.
